Apologize for the poor quality of the photos.
My 9’4” DaCopy Cat by Jim the Genius
Can’t say enough about what a work of art this board is, I had asked for twin stringers capturing the fin box.
Jim took it to the next level by tapering them over the length of the board.
With the scooped out step deck and the tapering of the stringers the balance of the board is amazing

anytime I hear stringer work first thing I think of is Jim Phillips

Same. I've got a simple 1" redwood stringer on my pig. The fiery glow of the redwood in the sun is a thing of beauty, but I can never seem to capture it on camera. I also had an SWT along with it at one point -- also a nice stringer on that but a bit different than just a solid stick. There's something to be said for clear resin and letting the wood do the talking.

I think an all time favorite might be this one. Da Copy Cat, I believe. Really interesting information on Jim's Instagram about how he pulls off the figure 8 stringers like this:

Had a Ryan Burch glider with 3/4" redwood and what got me into appreciating the beauty of simply the stringer + nice gloss and polish. A very nice distraction for lengthy paddles!
