Pavel is currently shaping out of Coconut Peets walk in there and talk with Jimmy... you'll randomly not hear anything for 6 weeks then randomly get an email likely to your junk folder of Pavel confirming your order. Rich likes to chat... like a lot... hes totally happy with talking with you while he shapes and even go out to eat. All this is from recent experience.
