Wall mounting heavy longboards

    i use black iron conduit. 3/4 inch i buy the flanges that can be screwed into walls studs or put onto a nice piece of 1x2 by what ever length you want hard wood. then i cut 30 inch threaded sticks in half and used those for my shorter boards. or buy 18 inch to 20 inch for my long bards that way the weight isnt distributed to the outer edge of the pipe but the middle. then i pad them twice. i have a hole rack and none seem unstable or weak. ive never trusted the dowl style wood ones people sell
