I am looking for a Tyler 777. Thinking in a 9'6" or so. I normally ride a 10' + and have seen most ride these shorter. Heck, up to 10' is fine too. I have cash, boards for trade, or cash plus boards. However you want to do it. Please just PM me with it. Thank you.

I own a 9' and i have surfed a 9-4 and 9-6 - I wouldn't go bigger than 9-6 - I think that's all you need -Tyler rides10 ' noserider and 9-6 777 and he's a big dude. Just my two cents

Thank you Stef. That was my logic. I had a beat up old Tyler when I was learning a couple years back. It was too much board then, but Tyler and I are similar in size and I ride more logs with some weight now, so 9'6" is what I had in mind too. Amazing how things change as we progress. I have talked with a few friends that said the 777 is a great board.

There was a 9'6" 777 in the LA Craigslist a few weeks ago for $1,000; I don't know if it sold, so you might want to try a "wanted" ad in craigslist.

The board is wider than most boards so you can go smaller than your normal longboard. At the time I was riding a 10' Riddler and got a 9'6" 777. I rode only the 777 for about 2 years. Tyler rode a 9'6" and than a 10' version. I rode both and would go shorter.
