What do you like about the V8 over the Platypus?

I dont know if it is that like it more..
Or rather ..more like familiarity..plus i am a creature of habit..i lock in...on a board and ride it...ride it..
.i got the V8..and rode the shit out of it in all conditions..breaks..knew it every which way...then the platypus..but it was sandwiched between my 7.9 and then my yellow 8.0 nvm...the later adore...almost as much as V8..

So honestly..i need to just ride my platypus more..alot...like i did with the 8.2 V8..a 8.0 nvm...
It is a 8.4...the platypus..funny first 2 times i took it out in big surf..and it made huge drops..and long carving rides..sort like a liddle on steroids...it is a rocket ship...
Plus dont let the eggish shape fool...you..ive done floaters on it..funky..
    It is magic...
And it blew away my vbowls too..so i sold them

So i guess honestly..i should ride the f@#k out of the platy..and post ride reports..

I'd imagine the V8 paddles the best out of all ? Love how Bruce does the flattish deck and and fuller 50/50 rails transitioning into hard down rails in the back on my 8'6" V8. I will never sell it. But I would like to try/order a shorter one for smaller surf.

Plus i made sick drops at rockview
And had sick down the line speed
    On the V8..
    Suprised my friends..last friday..ha

But i really love the 8.0 nvm.
Yellow board..in all kinds of stuff too...

So i quess just a matter of me riding rhe platypus more

I rode my 8'0" Platypus for the second time today. Waves were small but I can report that the board is a lot of fun. Has a unique feel that I imagine will just keep getting better as I get more accustomed to it. Has a really nice burst of speed off of bottom turns and trims nicely down the line. Very loose.
