Peak. A generation of surfers younger than us are begining to collect boards of their youth. The beginning of chop hopping, butt wiggling, and shredding waves. Tom Curren the exception of course and most likely others with flow. Hold little to no value for you and me in terms of beauty, craftsmanship, or rideability.
Got it SG. This dude has some different, truly vintage stuff too though. Rick UFO, a slot bottom Noll longboard. A transition era Hansen hull(looked a lot like a Hansen I owned in the mid-70s). His pricing is a bit aggressive but who knows how negotiable..
Makes me sort of miss my day-glow painted T&C potato chip, Cult of Personality wanna be BG wetsuit, and endless amount of paddling ability.
Well, it's hard to relate to if you only relate to long boards.
What's your point?
don’t be such a haole, haole
Absolutely nothing.... I just jump to lines from ‘the north shore’ whenever I thingbof ‘80s surfing.
