Picture taken from either Hoboken or Liberty State Park waterfronts. If it's LSP then it's by the old Central Jersey RR term. where the ferrys board.

I was thinking more along the lines of the Hyatt in Jersey City, near the path station. I could be wrong.

Close. Its across from the channel seperating Liberty State Park from the NY Water Way terminal. To the right would be the Colgate Clock.

I wanted people on the blog to get an idea of where the board has been. Besides, my wave pics were small and I couldn't get anyone to snap my pic! I did almost get a ticket from JC's Finest for going down a one way the wrong way. (He was wrong.)

The STD was a really nice small wave board. A little wide in the tail for me but it still turned nice and handled the soup really well. Everyone who saw it at the Beach House was really impressed.

Grush, next time you are down this way, PM me and I will take some pics of you on the STD. I think there might be some waves again this weekend.

That channel was known as the Morris Canal.
