I'm can't remember the title of a movie I saw on Pluto TV back when they had the Surf Channel. It had a retro look and feel and one of the main characters was a undercover agent spying on surfers traveling to different destinations for some crazy reason that I don't remember. It was mostly longboarding. There was one scene when the spy was watching a girl in a bikini in the jungle and he approached her. When she turned around she had a reptile face. This is bugging the crap out of me that I can't find it on anything. Does this ring a bell with anyone? I know this sounds crazy but someone out there might know what i'm talking about.
