Jim Phillips longboard made in Greenlawn Long Island. Did some digging
and found that it was one of Jim's early boards modeled after a board that he was riding while in Hawaii.
Board was professionally restored for a daily rider.
Added a leash loop -Full gloss coat sealed perfectly/beyond water tight
Paddles amazing, nose of the board has a thinner profile and board is pretty fast for it's age!

Dims: 9'6" x 22"W x N-15 1/14" T-5"

$599

I still had the last board I made in the summer of ‘64 in Hawaii, so is very possible I used it to do this template.
I was still cutting my teeth at Micris, but each board was getting better and I still had no one better to learn from.
Summer ‘66 Atlantic City, beat Dale Dobson to this peak, still got 6th place but got the wave of the heat.
9’4” Micris noserider.
My Red, White and Blue Micris, reverse fin like the above clear one, my second New Jersey contest.
A recent attempt to recreate the original
