Neologism dujour is 'monetize'. Question is, do these boards have anything functionally distinctive, or environmentally redeeming that sets them apart? If it's only about branding, then that's kinda sad.

Editing:: after a quick look at the Costco website, the GL is about a half inch thicker, about 4 pounds heavier and about ten bucks more expensive than the comparable Wavestorm.
