Double session in La Jolla then Nado. Put the sweet potato and the Roy Sanchez experimental to work. Fun evening.

Surfed my Scooter again this morning.
Nice rip-tide 2-3' lefts with a cruisey crowd of a dozen or so.
Nice and glassy again before the regular NE seabreeze started to blow.
Here's a pic of the Scooter...for some porn.
6'6" X 21 &1/2" X 2 & 2/4"
Great board for longboarders who want a ride that doesn't demand being constantly turned or live in the pocket.

Sorry about the pics orientation.
Must be because I'm from "Down under".

heading up your way this week end Cuttlefish (likely with hundreds of fellow brisbanites), maybe Coolum....hopefully I'll get a bit of something on one of the exposed beach, but I guess as usual I'll get the seabreeze (driving from Brisbane with the kids always take more time than needed)....
I destroyed my knee's ligament a couple of weeks ago on a small day at Moffat. Hasn't been in the water since and can't wait to get wet., even though I definitely shouldn't.

Surfing Malibu today around 2, looks pretty good!

edit: I've been staring at the cams for the last hour debating between taking my HP board or my Elevator...

Surfed HB yesterday. Head high peaks and really nice conditions. Hit it with the dropping tide and really scored. Two hours of pure fun.

Malibu this morning. Nicely groomed off shore lines ranging from waist to shoulder high. Sarlo doing his thing. Plenty of waves to go round. Only a few screaming agros. Mix of LBs, fishes, simmons, and alaias all at first point. Get. On. It. Recommend a fast board because the waves are somewhat walled & racy - even on the morning high tide.

Hey Surfferrr, I was also at da Bu 1st point, 7am - 10:30. Did you see the Patagonia crew? Chris Malloy and Trevor Gordon shredding the inside.

Surfed the point at Sano around lunch time. Half day friday, last one of the summer. A bit blown but had a few fun moments. Looking forward to Church on Sunday morning.
