Not sure if you've try to negotiate the medical bill or not. Offer to pay in cash too. You also might qualify base on income, which they usually don't advertise. There should be an advocate line that you can call. You'd be surprise how much it'll reduce. Good luck dude! Damn nice quiver!

The DA is 40.4L.
And not at the moment but I’ll let you know if I find myself heading down there in the next month or so. I’m in north OC/La county mostly.

Damn that sucks! Had a bad accident on campus when I was in college - I didn't want an ambulance, but the looky loos convinced me that the school would pay for it. EMTs tried to get an IV started the whole trip and failed, maybe got to the hospital 10 minutes faster than if a friend drove me. Did the school pick up the $1500 tab? Hell no.
