Removed old glass and filled, then laminated with 2 x 4oz cloth pieces and now the hot coat is curing. I’ll sand it flush and polish. Hoping it blends right in smoothly!
Color is slightly off as I used the blue resin instead of clear that gave it a different tone with the fill - being so thick I guess
^ I saw a board a while back that had all the repairs done like that. Some kind of wildly different color, but usually something complementary. It looked awesome! It reminded me of a passport -- no one wants a brand new, blank passport... you want a passport filled with tons of stamps from exotic places with interesting stories behind them.And for what’s worth don’t worry about color match
use a nice contrast like bright green or blue
