Funny - some of the posts I have seen for the east make me think they have a great buyers market. It's all academic if you don't have the $ to take advantage of the deals.

    Gretsch-

    That 9'7" TMartin is nice!

Missed this Vaquero; clear 8'0" in what appears to be very nice condition.

The list of keywords on these ads is amazing.
Next time I sell a board I'm gonna have to do a cut and paste job.

For the non-fabulously wealthy. Costs less than a tank of gas
    $30

Man! For $30 that would be worth a try.
You can always give it to some kid afterwards.

Now THAT is interesting trade bait. Not for me, of course.

On another front, here's ANOTHER Terry Martin, a 9'4" "Pickle" Tyler Warren model (or so described by the owner). Looks like TW's One Fin Pin Hobie model. Orange acid splash bottom, blue nose patch on deck. "Excellent condition, zero dings." $450 obo

Also, 12'0" board (no label mentioned, no pics), just "beefy board." Who knows, but what I do know is that the owner is only asking $200.

Lastly, if anyone is interested in my buddy Tim's new 10'6" John Lessing , PM me and I'll be glad to send you pix. It's 10'6" x 17 1/2" x 23 3/8" x ~ 15 1/2" x 3 3/8", step deck with a glass-on Heritage 10.5" fin. Ridden once, as new, no dings/dents. He's asking $575. Tim is a great guy and absolutely on the level. Again, this is in Santa Barbara despite the LA craigs ad:

Back to your regularly scheduled board-tossing and resulting dead baby seals, donkey logs and beating of dead horses. Ta ta...

swaylocks ad is from March 29, 2010. Guess since that no one was interested at 890 the price has been lowered by a lot

    or its a scam:)
