Simpler maybe - in that we are all connected and don't actually have to send someone to the big city while we till our fields - is to make everyone their own congressman with the ability to vote on everything a congress member votes on. If you don't participate you can't complain about what happens , and given the results of hive intelligence studies, over time mistakes made in one direction would be canceled out with mistakes in the other direction.

At their core, ecology and libertarianism are at a fundamental disagreement. The message of ecology is: In nature nothing exists alone. I don’t know much about science, but that message seems about right to me.
I understand the point you are making, it's important not to be blindsided one way or another. ..
But c'mon man.. if you type 'existence of Agartha' into Google you will get some pretty entertaining 'evidence ' that there is an inner world in the core of our planet where giants live (it's a beautiful myth IMO)
Libertarianism too, is an idealism that segues nicely into anarchism, which ultimately will result in tyranny.... we need to utilise and understand government, whichever flavour you choose
