Ricky Carroll Surfboards has a truck and they bring boards North to their dealers more than once a year. I had our local dealer help me contact them and had a vintage board dropped to them in NJ last Spring. They were happy to bring it North for a small fee. By chance the truck was headed up a few weeks after I made the call.

Sweet board! Def worth going through the hassle if the guy's only gonna charge $100 for it.

That Board needs a lot of work. Lots of delamination. Might be water logged foam under that skin. If you have the skills to fix that board then $100. would be an OK deal. If you had to pay someone to fix it plus shipping I’m not sure it would be worth the time and money.

Thanks for the heads up, I passed on the deal after buying a different surfboard. I did learn about uship which seems feasible for other items and never formally thanked OCSurfer for his offer. I’ll be in FT Laud. Next week. If it’s still for sale I might sneak up and check it out. Can I check a 14’ sup?

Thanks all. Always a plethora of information to be found
