Pieter 60’s Pig 9’4, 23”, 3 1/4, wedge stringer, volan, glass on volan fin, sexy hips, 67’ Aussie style Sam. About 1 month old, still in new condition, $1250. PayPal preferred . Board is in south Jersey.

Absolutely love this plan shape. Board excels in a wide range of conditions and allows you to turn in different ways on different parts of the wave. Really fun and interesting board. I am only selling because I want to get the same board remade with slightly less volume in the rails. Had it out during the Dorian swell and while it performed well, it felt like it was at its upper limit for my weight. For reference, I weigh 170. I see this board, once better tuned to my size, being my go to for just any waves.

PM me if you have any questions.

I rode this board and it’s a winner! There’s probably a custom one in my not to distant future.

Had a couple of questions about the board and thought it would be easier to just respond to here on the post. This board kills it in knee to just about head high and I would say that it is appropriately sized for me being at 170lbs. Above that, like during the Dorian swell, it gets a bit harder for me to jam it as hard as I want. I am looking to give up a little bit of the board's performance (not sure if that is the right word) at the lower end in smaller waves to have it perform with a bit more confidence at the upper end. I tend to ride a bunch of different boards when its smaller but I really want one board that I can go to when it really starts turning on and breaks chest high and up. I feel like this board is definitely the shape I am looking for, I just need to have it thinned a bit or I need to gain weight to have it do what I want in the punchier stuff.

A little back story for clarification. I was in conversation with Pieter about ordering a 60’s pig true to the original (less volume with pinched rails) when this board hit the market. I opted to purchase this to give it a go. My preference with the boards I ride is more inline with the original and would like to order one. Board is in the same condition I purchased it in. Price can be negotiated if there is some serious interest.
Pics are frame grabs from a vid Cpg shot last weekend. :)
