Anyone have experience surfing and/or renting boards in Tahiti or Moorea? I'm traveling there in a few weeks and would like to try to surf a bit while I'm there.

Walked to the beach in Santa Monica this morning to check it out. Didn’t notice anything substantial. I thought I noticed a slight tide draw out but nothing happened after.

Couple of 8’3”s at the board source in Carlsbad right now.

This was $75 a week ago. Had a rail crack, was going to snag it but missed out.

Would be interested in how the 8’3” goes compared to the Outlier. Guess we will wait and see.

Took out my 7'6" twinzer egg for the first time this weekend in 2-3ft crumbly beach break. I would agree with what others have said about more hold than a twin but looser than a quad. Lots of speed. Could be my new favorite board. Curious about what effect moving the canards fore or aft has on...
