new guy...no real clue right now

Oh yeah, I forgot all about the yard sale. They do have some great deals, that might be the ticket then, as it's been suggested that big guys need big boards. That's a real stoke from Gravity! Jules

new guy...no real clue right now

Now now, there's just no need to be mean. I do have a few boards, actually, a Lush Mako (very very sweet deck) with Randals and kryptonics. I started with a Sector 9 OG that doesn't even compare to any of my other boards. I paid a lot of money for the Lush deck, around 105 delivered so I feel...

I believe William is posting his new protype soon. I have one but won't talk about it yet. As for the M1-46, that's a fine board for anything at all. I mean ANYTHING! Can you beat the price? The parts? The style? Jules

new guy...no real clue right now

Get a kracked skulls deck with Randall trucks, build it up with big fat krypto wheels (will roll over anything) online at Daddys or Milehigh, and your favorite abec five or above bearings. Oh la la~! Price for deck, trucks and wheels will be around $100. 47X10 is a great size for cruising. I...

    SPEED WOBBLE!!!!

I know what you are talking about, but I guess if you haven't done it yourself it's kind of hard to judge if it works...I haven't done it myself either, not sure if I want to try it...I have several boards with randals on the normal way...have heard about flipping them but didn't know it made...

    SPEED WOBBLE!!!!

Well, skate helmets are like rock fall helmets, built to take repeated beatings. My ProTec ww kayak helmet also doubles quite nicely as a skate helmet. My thoughts are, find a skate or multi-use helmet that can take multiple beatings and that you can also stand to wear. Bike helmets work fine...

    SPEED WOBBLE!!!!

I got the full on pads just in case. After a winter of snowboarding, including head cracking ice action and lots of knee slamming, I'm a lot more comfy on the skate with some padding. Here's where I got my stuff, it's the real thing, very reasonably priced and fits like a dream. Jules...

    SPEED WOBBLE!!!!

Well, you got full on pads dude? Knees, elbows, wrist guards, gloves, helmet? Just in case? I'm sure these other guys can tell you more about the dreaded wobble...but if it's starting up, you might consider dropping closer to the ground. I got closer with krackedskulls.com. It's a whole...

well, it's fast and inexpensive, i wouldnt' say cheap. we are talking randal 180s and abec 11 flashbacks, with a sweet handmade deck. for 105.....i paid that much for my lush deck. i like quality not quantity. the guy is on a smallish sector 9 and i'm thinking he'll do better on a larger (46...

Nope, not shillin. I have multiple boards and that's the best deal by far that I've seen anywhere. You find something better I'll post for them too. Trying to get as many people on kracked as possible. I only know Bill because I ordered a board from him. It came faster than greased lightening...

My thought is, check out these boards: www.krackedskulls.com. You could go with a bigger wider board and wheels. Low to the ground, big and wide and fat and gnarly. With extra special wheels and the price is unbelievable. You'll be surprised at how easy this thing is to ride. Jules

Yah the Bongo Board rocks for balance. You didn't say what size board you have or what size guy you are. I ride long wide (46 X 10) boards with big fat soft wheels. They are super stable and big enough to move around on. I had to learn to skate from scratch too, and I started on a smaller...
