Yeah, pretty spot on. I was around him some back in the last "Golden Era" of California (early 2000s). It's like being around a caricature....in and out of the water LOL. I am not anti-Knost either. He's just another cat who surfs fairly well and that's about it.

Thought I'd update this thread for some continuity. So far, we are planning a relocate to the Surfside, Texas area. Jobs are hard to come by right now, but I have about 10 resumes out there waiting for a hit. We started doing renovation work on my Pop's house 30 minutes from where we are, so...

G-Shock for the win. Mine is 18 years old and still kicking on the original battery after countless surf sessions, turning wrenches, kids, etc....kinda bulky, but I like that over a slimline girly looking watch.
