    Nope - never get it.

Who is that message from? What company or which software?
When I search on the phone number, not much comes up.

    Searching on:
"Virus Alert: Backdoor Virus Detected on your Computer!
Please do Not Shut down or reset your computer."

indicates it is a variant of the Zeus virus.

Be careful about scams that ask you to allow remote access to your computer... I fell for one a few months ago. Don't do it!

Usually that thing that pops up IS the Virus. It doesn't infiltrate until you click on it or I'm betting when you get through to that number you get All sorts of fun questions about passwords and SS#'s etc.
