    Good luck with the foot Planktom. Had to get some work done on mine a few years back. Healing is boring. No way around that.

    of the 5 orthopedic repairs I've had, including hip replacement, badly torn rotator cuff easily the toughest recovery, full year to get back in the water, another 4 months to get up to full strength...best of luck with a fully successful recovery!
