A buddy is shaping a board and wants to do glass-on speed dialer type fins. I layed up a panel for him this morning. He's doing the rest.

Nice. So, what's the process here? I'd be interested to hear more about it.

There probably won't be many updates pefa. Handing off the panel and my jig saw this morning. Believe it or not my buddy isn't a forum member.

Chilly---If I were doing it the process would be; cut out the four fin outlines leaving a small tab at the base for clamping when foiling, fine tune the outline making sure all the edges are nice and square (like squaring up the outline on a foam blank when shaping), foil the fins, cut off the base tab, glass on the board. Sounds simple but tedious, hot, and dusty work.
