Sorry, new to posting and fumbling through. I meant to PM. I've been lurking for years and finally created a Log In so I could ask about this Phillips. I'm guessing this is in California? Any options or willingness to help get it packed and shipped to Florida? I think Jim used to use Dolly? I've used Delta Cargo to ship from Hawaii, but never shipped anything from California. Thanks!
Same deal with the V-bottom on top of a Van in Belmar NJ. I'm pretty sure (as of a couple of months ago and a year prior) that the van is in front of Playa Bowls on Ocean Ave and maybe like 8th Ave.
The board looks like it's in good condition for the age... but I'm sure it's completely yellowed from sitting on top of the van
Yep, that's exactly what it is... a Playa Bowls van. The van has been parked at a local body shop for a while now. It looks like a cool little board with a very pronounced V in the tail. Pretty sure those guys poached a whole van load of boards at one of the last Beach House swaps for decor and whatnot.
Just wanted to share a few more pics cuz I'm really addicted to this one .
What is it? Those look like some really straight rails!
Chilly, that's called "parallel" in surfboard templating. And you're right with this observation.
This is a 10' Oz Noserider model from CJ Nelson Designs.
Heyyyoo there is the Robert August/ Alex Knost model, in the background, that Keith now has and is super stoked about!
That was a great board i hope it arrived ok!
