    Opps! Misspelled Hansen. Curses!
I wish the "quick cuts" were not applied. I would have liked to study the archival photos much more closely. But if they will continue to do a whole series of these on iconic shops, great.
Hats off to Surfer for the work they have been putting into the new videos for You Tube. The Pacific Vibrations series, the flip through old issues of the mag and now this.

Wish they would start shaping and selling Hansen again. I'm sure they could find a worthy shaper.

They do. Couple of different N. SD County shapers do the "mow" (or scrub).

I wonder if Craig has templates for the Hansen Competitor circa '66/'67. The 50/50, the Master and the Pointed Tail are all great boards but the Competitor might be the finest underappreciated gem that Hansen ever made.

my last longboard back in the day before we went shorter was a 9'8 custom Hansen Master ordered through the long defunct Pedro Point surfshop in 67'...shaped by Bill Thrailkill, who can still be coaxed into shaping a classic, it was a superb board that did everything well... that blue Superlight next to the red railed Master, however, has exceptional appeal....
