    Yup. Doesn't matter how rough the day is, even in bad/no waves it takes the worries away. I haven't found any better therapy.

    I like to shoot too. Shooting helps relieve stress.

    Spent a couple of hours talking and drinking with him at a hotel bar years ago in Claremont, Ca. Neither of us was stressed.

    Brought back memories. Spent many years shooting ATA registered events. My first Trap gun was a BT-99. The NJ State shoot was held every year at our local club less than a mile from my house. Usually about 500 shooters from all over the country. Good stuff!
