Would Anyone that has owned both of these care to describe the differences?
I’m looking to place an order soon in the 8’6” range.

Maybe you should add Andreini Magic Sam into the mix as well.

I can not describe the differences as I have never ridden a McVee but if you order a hot gen there is a good chance your other boards will be collecting dust.

I have found this true with all 3 of my Hilbers. I have to loan them out so I ride my other boards:confused:. Now let’s here about a McVee.

Having ridden neither this reply is useless...but...every time I talk to Marc about ordering a midlength (double enda/mcvee/m sam), he always seems to steer towards the McVee...

I wouldn't throw the Sam in the same category. It's got soft rails is the tail and a lot of tail flip.

Please, please don't forget about the Special K (of which I own one).
