Well I didn’t buy the board because it was a great deal and an opportunity to flip.

I list all my toys for sale as I use them and if someone wants it then I’ll sell it. I’m actually really excited to ride this board and may just keep it in my permanent collection.

The price is what I’d be willing to part with it at this time as “new” and then if I ride it I will adjust the price and condition in the listing along with some wiggle room on the price.

    Is any of this unethical?

The fact that you're actively self promoting your sale here strongly suggests you're in it for the flip.

I’m confused, isn’t this thread for posting classifieds or is it only for sharing them?

Are the sellers not trying to profit from them? Or is it my margin too high?

Ethics are for each to decide on their own. Buying a board and re-listing it minutes later for more then twice the asking price to make a quick buck on fellow surfers? Sounds like questionable ethics. If youre stoked on the sweet deal you got, ride the board, if not pass on the sweet deal you got and share the stoke, thats the Aloha spirit. Or be Omar.

    My two pennies.
